Can be eaten hot or cold. Pastitsio, sometimes spelled pastichio, is an Greek baked pasta dish that contains ground beef and béchamel sauce. There are variants throughout the Mediterranean. Packed with a meaty tomato sauce, penne pasta, warm spices and topped with an easier-than-you-think béchamel, it's a take on lasagna I highly recommend.
