EASY STRAWBERRY JAM: /watch/IFRcnHbfL7bfc Even though you prefer victoria sandwich recipe using cup measurement, I prefer using weight as it's more accurate and crutial for that crumbly & soft cake texture The ratio for the flour, butter, eggs and sugar is 1:1:1:1. If yu need to make the cake bigger, you can increase each ingredient to 250g. I would not recommend increasing more that 250g.
