Cooks about 6-8 pieces of catfish Rinse fish and pat dry Heat cooking oil on med/high to about 350 degrees In a bowl, mix 5oz (about 1/2 cup) Lousiana Fish Fry 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Coat fish in mixture Fry until floating Small Baked Potatoes Preheat oven to 400 degrees Wash and pat potatoes dry Rub with olive oil and poke a few holes Bake for 45-60 minutes Top with your favorite toppings Enjoy
