Heyy... guys Myself Niti Saxena Today i will make ill Butterscotch icecream Ingredients- 1 lit full fat milk दूध 1/2 cup Sugar चीनी 2 tsp cornflour powder 2 tsp Milk powder 1/4 tsp butterscotch essence 5 tsp butterscotch crunch/chips Pour milk in wide pan/kadhai. Boil on high flame then cook on low-medium flame. Paste the skin of milk on the edges of pan. Continue cook milk until it remains 1/2 in quantity. When it looks thickend add sugar, dissolved cornstarch, milk powder. Cook another 10 min. Do stir at intervals so that the milk does not stick at the bottom of the pan. Cool it then add butterscotch essence. Pour in airtight container, cover with aluminum foil, and freez for 12 hrs. After 12 hrs,Take out freez icecream, and blend it. Pour one layer of blended icecream, then sprinkle butterscotch chunks. Repeat it two times. Freeze again for 12 hrs.
