Put the chillis id="hidden1" class="buttons"> 2 mins before taking off the heat (any longer, it will be mush) and put like 3-5 chills for 750g of chicken. Detailed process: Lightly fry salted chicken first then keep it aside (for some crust which will help the chicken retain its shape after cooking low and slow). then Fry the potatoes take it aside . Then add 2 dried red chillis, cook it till black . Toss them away, then add whole garam masala 2 bay leaves and onions, cook golden brown add ½tsp of sugar and ginger garlic paste, add turmeric (eliminate it's raw smell), then add salt and fresh tomatoes cook it for 4-5 mins . After that add the masalas (red chilli powder, coriander seed powder and cumin powder in 3:1 ratio) and fry them for 3 mins (if it is about to burn add very small amount of water). then add the lightly fried chicken and incorporate it for 3 mins then add potatoes and water. You did everything pretty close to the real deal. It's just the steps are jumbled up a bit. ....وسعت10
