But then in my early 30's when I became single I watched a lot of porn id="hidden5" class="buttons"> and beat off a lot. I think all the porn messed my mind up and now I can barley last 5 minutes. I lve stopped watching porn and have been training routinely including pelvic exercises to strengthen the muscles, eating healthy and trying to hold off on masterbating as long as I can, going weeks at a time to get my mind right. The last girl I dated was cool about it and said it didn't bother her, but it bothers me. I hate PE and will do whatever it takes to exile it ....وسعت 20

I lasted a few seconds before. I went through many things to help myself - herbs, id="hidden9" class="buttons"> kegel, start and stop, viagra, dapoxetine .
Finally, daily and long-term yoga and the Chinese paidalajin system helped me a lot. Especially lajin stretching.

@ferrevanham6416منذ 3 سنوات Be careful with kegel exercises and don't overdo contractions. It can cause hyper tension in the pelvic floor and as the doctor pointed out a relaxed id="hidden14" class="buttons"> pelvic floor benefits long lasting ability. Mix in or even mostly focus on reverse kegels which is an outward move (like pushing out a fart) especialy when you notice the area being tense during sexual activity. Massaging the area can aso resolve pain in the area which you can get from excessive pelvic contraction and help relax it.
Pure speculation but I think the mixed numbers on the benefit of it comes from wrong use of the exercise, people get prescribed contracting it as their only exercise which can have the reverse effect thus cause mixed numbers. I would like to see more studies on the effect of man practising both contraction and outward pushing of the pelvis instead of the unbalanced act most men do. ....وسعت 6

@tommys1016منذ 4 سنوات I tried a delay spray called Promescent that my urologist recommended. I have been able to last a lot longer than usual, a lot longer!.. My lady has been id="hidden27" class="buttons"> pretty happy with my performance! I practice edging and kegels, edging is helpful but takes time to master. Kegels help as well, but you gotta keep at it. I've had pe since I was younger, and sometimes I just want to just feel free to enjoy the moment and not worry too much about when I will come but rather enjoy the intimacy with my lady, so that’s where the delay spray is useful, you just need to apply and follow instructions. ....وسعت 2
