A super easy recipe for kesar elaichi shrikhand ..
Ingredients
HUNG CURD/CHAKKA 2-3 cups
or made from 1/2 litre of milk.
equal amount of powdered sugar or as per taste
kesar /saffron soaked in some hot milk
1 /2 tsp of cardammon/elaichi powder
