THIS IS A MALAYSIAN FAVOURITE CALLED ROTI JALA. It is actually a pancake made using special mould to create a net like effect. You can find this dish in most hotel buffets in Malaysia. eaten with spicy chicken ir mutton curry, it is a favourite during Eid celebration, birthday party, house warming or any other festivities. My mom was the pro to make this roti jala. It is usually rolled up but my family prefers it to be folded in a triangle. It is a favourite of all my children especially my son.
