This metabolic conditioning (met-con) workout will get the heart rate up and train your muscles. This is the perfect 'short on time workout', or add another core workout on afterwards for some extra burn. Alternating between a compound strength exercise and a low-impact cardio exercise, you'll love the pace of this workout - as well as the results! This workout is all levels and osteoporosis friendly.     @dorisquinn21357 months ago I put this one up for my 70+ group. I only put up your shorter ones, because longer is a little too challenging for most of us. Even your warmups are tougher than most. I personally LOVED this. I did try your walk ups even though I was resisting and staying with squats. You kept nagging me though, so I did a few. It was a great workout with my moderate (5lb) weights. And your quad stretches with the foot up to make it deeper? Perfection. Going to do that all the time. Thanks for kicking our old butts! ...

I really like the programming on this one and the flow of the moves- kept the heart rate up while training every muscle in the body (in just 20 minutes with no repeats)!     The ISO hold dead big I had to double up on my weights in order to feel it ( yes your right I have got stronger all thanks to you legend) but I found this programming extremely effective and by adding the abs and stretch afterwards.......I'm definitely done for the evening lol 😂
