How to Record Game and Party Audio With OBS (PS4)

Here I tried to make a short and sweet video on how to set up your streaming/recording equipment so that you can record and listen to game and chat audio without an Elgato chat link. I didn't mention in the video why I decided to use this method rather than the chat link that I already have. I spent several weeks using the chat link and my party members always complained of a terrible feedback. They said it was so bad that it would interfere with game play.
