इस रेसिपी की समग्री : Ingredients for this recipe - प्याज की कचोरी मैदा - १.५ कप अजवाइन – १/२ छोटा चम्मच नमक – १/२ + १.५ छोटा चम्मच खाद्य तेल – १/४ कप + ३ चम्मच + तलने अनुसार सोंफ़ - १ छोटा चम्मच धनिया (साबुत) - १ छोटा चम्मच जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच प्याज (मध्यम आकार) – ४ आलू (मध्यम आकार) - ३, उबले हुए हींग – १/४ छोटा चम्मच हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई अदरक - १ इन्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १.५ छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर – १/४ छोटा चम्मच बेसन - २ चम्मच नींबू का सत्त – १/४ छोटा चम्मच चीनी - १ छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला – १/२ छोटा चम्मच धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए) - Pyaaz ki Kachori All purpose flour – 1.5 cup Ajwain – ½ tsp Salt – ½ + 1.5 tsp Edible Oil – ¼ cup + 3 table spoon + to deep fry Fennel seeds – 1 tsp Coriander seeds – 1 tsp Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Onion (medium size) – 4 Potato (medium size) – 3, boiled Asafoetida – ¼ tsp Green Chilli – 2, finely chopped Ginger – 1 inch Red Chilli powder – 1.5 tsp Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp Gramflour – 2 table spoon Citric Acid – ¼ tsp Sugar – 1 tsp Garam Masala – ½ tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
