At dahil maganda ang naging resulta sa akin i decided to share it with you kasi i think it is best to do this diet habang nasa bahay lang tayo at wala masyadong physical activity. Marias please watch the video till the end. when i said that avoid excessive physical activity that is because during the 5 days egg diet you will only consume 900 calories... good enough to survive 24 HRs without craving sweets and other carbs The diet is only good for 5 or 7 days thats the only period i could recommend, and during this period i suggest you do not engage on activities that requires physical strength like running or exercising cause based on my experience..... when i work out during during the diet i felt more hungry ..which means less chances of sticking to the 900 calorie meals and you will be prone to craving or eating more. After the diet you can go back to your regular exercise routine...Now if you can manage to exercise or workout within the day by just eating eggs and oatmeal (900 calories) then good job😁😁😁. Im happy for you, that means you will lose more weight. Again let me make myself clear...THIS DIET IS GOOD FOR 5~7 DAYS ONLY because consuming 5~6 eggs everyday for a long period of time is not healthy.
