    @levent_a3 years ago I have noticed a lot of insider trading with Simon property.... interesting. I have seen the estimated a value ay 100 dollars. Any idea why insiders buy on a large scale at intrinsic value? .... and not below?

    @Eric-tb2je3 years ago If you want a property in Malibu Ca. You have to over pay. It's just the price you pay for living in one of the most desired locations in the world. If you want in on the largest most successful company the world will ever see. You most be prepared to pay the premium. I would rather take the chance of what they can become than regret sitting on the sideline. ...

    @chessdad1823 years ago I bought when Tesla was around $220 which was a great time. Made a multiple. But when its valuation exceeds GM+VW+Toyota+battery company+solar company... I think it is pushing it too far. For fun I've been watching YT videos about the Nifty 50 and the high flying valuations those companies had. Companies like Polaroid, etc. Many are long gone or shadows of their former past like IBM. ... 2
