To make this crispy fish bread roll, we need the following ingredients. Fish chunks-150 grm Onion -1 large sized Boiled Potato-1 large sized Green Chillies-1 Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp Mint leaves-handfull Coriander leaves- small quantity. Jeera-1/4 tsp Oil-1-2 table spoon Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Pepper-1 table spoon Chilli powder-1 table spoon Jeera powder-1/4 tsp Salt-to taste Lime juice-1tsp Bread crumbs Maida-3 tsp Cooking method : Take a Kadai , pour in some 2 tablespoons of oil .once the oil gets heated add in 1/4 tsp of Jeera , add in onions and fry till translucent. Add in mint leaves,ginger garlic paste and green chillies sauté for a min. Once sauté s done add in salt, turmeric powder,Chilli powder,pepper,Jeera powder . Now add in boiled potato and mash nicely so that it all combines well. Now add In fish chunks and add in fresh coriander leaves Nd 1tsp of lime juice.turn off the stove. Our filling for the rolls is ready. To make maida slurry: Take a bowl Add in 3 tsp of maida and 1/4 tsp of salt with some water and make it like a batter in watery consistency. How to make the Bread Rolls: Slice out the edges of the bread. Dip one side of the bread in plain drinking water and squeeze out the water by pressing with both hands. Now make the fish masala to a shape and keep inside the bread and roll them and seal the edges by applying little water if required. Now dip the roll in maida slurry on both sides and roll it n bread crumbs evenly for bread rolls to be crispy. Fry them as you do one by one otherwise it will become soggier. Keep the oil in medium flame and fry the bread rolls to golden brown. Our crispy fish bread roll is ready 👍🏼 Note: serve the crispy bread roll with mayonnaise or tomato ketchup.
